Variance request_,_ 82 Great Pines Drive - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "This is a <br /> preapproved subdivision." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "The engineer has again failed to denote the variances <br /> requested." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to deny the request for variance relief without prejudice based <br /> on submittal of incomplete plans, Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. <br /> 10.) Illegal dumping. Back Road - Mr. McQuaid relayed, "I determined who the owner <br /> of the illegally dumped debris is." "I did forward a certified letter allotting 10 days in <br /> which to remove the debris." "The 10 days has expired."
