MINUTES December 7, 1995 5 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> 82 GREAT PINES DRIVE - Mr. Evans relayed, "The engineer has submitted a letter <br /> stating the variance relief sought which the Board requested at its previous meeting." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant a 37' local variance from the proposed on-site well to <br /> the abutting leaching facility (lot 90), a 42' local variance from the proposed on-site well <br /> to abutting leaching facility (lot 21), a 8' local variance from the proposed on-site well to <br /> abutting leaching facility (lot 88), a 44' local variance from the proposed on-site well to <br /> abutting leaching facility (lot 89), a 7' local variance from the proposed on-site leaching <br /> facility to abutting well (lot 88) and a 14' local variance from the proposed on-site <br /> leaching facility to abutting well (lot 90), Mr. Doherty seconded. <br /> 68 WHIPPOORWILL CIRCLE - Mr. Evans relayed, "The owner is requesting a 7' <br /> local variance from the proposed on-site leaching facility to abutting well (#67 <br /> Whippoorwill Circle) and the Board's approval to include an Ekofinn Bioclere <br /> denitrification unit to the proposed leaching facility." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant the 7' local variance as requested and to approve the <br /> installation of a Ekofinn Bioclere denitrification unit to the proposed leaching facility, Mr. <br /> Doherty seconded. <br /> 43 PICKEREL COVE CIRCLE - Mr. Doherty stated, "This matter will be continued <br /> pending Conservation Commission agent's approval of the wettand delineation." <br /> 127 TIDE RUN - Mr. Evans relayed, "The owner is requesting a 9' sideline setback <br /> variance, a 7' variance from the scab and the Board's approval to install a F.A.S.T. <br /> nitrogen removing treatment system." "The existing leaching chambers are 82.' from the <br /> wetland area," "The upgrade will maintain the same distance." <br /> Mr. Doherty stated, "Whe-eas the owner is agreeing to install a denitrification unit <br /> to the proposed upgrade and whereas they are meeting maximum feasible compliance 1 <br /> would recommend approval." <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant the variances as stated by W. Evans and to approve <br /> the installation of a F.A.S.T. nitrogen removing treatment system with the stipulation <br /> Conservation Commission approval is received, Mr. Doherty seconded. <br /> 25 NOBSKA ROAD - Mr. Doherty relayed, "This matter will be continued pending the <br /> Conservation Commission agent's verification of the wetland delineation." <br />
