Applicant: Mike Nadzeika <br /> Location: Fox Hill Estates , off of So. Sandwich Rd. <br /> Request,* Discussion of new Letter of Credit for completion <br /> of roads . (Planning Board cashed in Letter of <br /> Credit for $37 ,000, which was deposited with <br /> Town Treasurer. ) <br /> -Presented by Mr. Nadzeika <br /> -Charles Rowley stated that he wants a complete list of what <br /> needs to be done. He needs to know the costs of the loam and <br /> seed and the bounds need to be checked. <br /> - Mr. Nadzeika agreed to meet with Mr. Rowley before the next <br /> meeting. <br /> -This is continued to 8/3/88 at 6: 30 P.M. <br /> S2ecial Permits <br /> Applicant: Daniel C. Hostetter <br /> Location: East side of Santuit Pond, with access from Newtown <br /> Road in the Town of Barnstable. <br /> Request: Continuation of Public Hearing to review the <br /> Special Permit Application for a 114-unit Open <br /> Space Multi-Family Development known as "Waters <br /> Edge" . <br /> -Kevin Kirane requested extension to 8/17/88 at 7: 30 P.M. <br /> -Planning Board members in favor of extension( Scott McAskill <br /> and Judy Mills) <br /> Discussion of Willowbend <br /> -Presented by Kevin Kirane <br /> -DEQE stated that they did not want to have any single family <br /> lots tied into the sewerage facility. <br /> -Kevin Kirane is requesting the the Planning Board. utilize <br /> Phase 1 <br /> -Town Council and the developer had made an agreement which was <br /> submitted to the Planning Board. <br /> -Mr. Kirane stated that they had no desire to put in individual <br /> septic systems . <br /> -Mr. Kirane will get in touch w--,' *.h Town Coucil and get a letter <br /> stating that they are in agreement ril6ting to the security. <br /> -He will also make a written request as it relates to Phase 1 <br /> of the project that they be allowed to go to interium systems <br /> on 64 lots and 2 condominium buildings. <br /> -This is continued to 8/3/88. <br />
