<br /> Included within the conveyance of PARCELS 1 and 2 are all of

<br /> parcels and issued to the Grantor by the Town of Mashpee Planning I
<br /> Board, pursuant to Special Permit dated June 15, 1987, excepting
<br /> therefrom: however, 185 of said units and the Grantor's right to
<br /> obtain building permits therefore based upon the total number of ill
<br /> units granted under the aforementioned Special Permit.
