Access to subdivision is shown via ` <br /> "Turner Road", an undefined 8 ft. wide dirt track with uncertain legal <br /> status and via a proposed 40 foot wide easement over land of Mike Miller. <br /> ; i Said easement does not currently exist. The layout shown crosses land of <br /> Forward Development Corporation (incorrectly shown as "Dubin"), the Falmouth <br /> Rod and Gun Club (shown as "Rod & Gun Club"), Mashpee Assessors' Map 86, <br /> Plot 3 listed- in -the Assessors.' Records to the New Bedford Gasp& Electric = <br /> Light Co. (incorrectly labeled Map 79, Plot 3 "Com-Electric") , Dominga <br /> Andrade (incorrect-ly labeled "Andrade and_Dominga") and Merganser Realty <br /> Trust, E. Arthur Robinson and Ralph G. Angus,p g Trustees (incorrectly labeled <br /> as "Arthur & Angus Robinson"). No evidence was presented to the Board that <br /> Forward Development Corporation or the Falmouth Rod & Gun Club had authorized <br /> the use of their property for a new roadway layout to the subdivision. <br />
