10-7-87 <br /> 2. <br /> Continuation of Public HearinZ <br /> Continuation of Public Hearing to review Special Permit Application <br /> of Daniel C. Hostetter for a 114-unit Open Space Multi-Family Develop- <br /> ment known as "17ddaters �d ell, located on the East side of Santuit Pond, <br /> with access from Newtown Road in the Town of Barnstable. <br /> Tony Ferragamo and Richardson Jonas stepped down. <br /> Represented by Kevin Kirrane. <br /> There was preliminary approval pursuant to Section 9.3 of the by-laws <br /> of this project which predate the OSID 9.3 Section of the zoning by- <br /> laws of Mashpee. <br /> This approval granted 114 condominium units. There is, a total of 55.1 <br /> acres. 54.1 constitute upland and one acre of wetland on the site. <br /> There is an additional 3.7 acres located in the Town of Barnstable. <br /> They have eliminated a proposed parkJng area which was requested by <br /> the Board; so, the access to 3antuit Pond will be by a walk-way only. <br /> They will be developing 26.8 acres which represents 49% of the overall site. <br /> They do have graphics depicting the location of electrical facilities and <br /> sewage facilities. They have provided the pbasing plans of the develop- <br /> mentrto the Board. The phasing is spread out over five years. <br /> Kevin Kirrane has included various ar.inditions with the Special Permit. <br /> The first item was that the plans were submitted to Charles Rowley on <br /> 9/3/87, They will be waiting for his aom rents. <br /> Thw Waste Water Treatment Plant Draft Permit applications were requested <br /> by various Board members and is included in the packet. The water main <br /> sizing has been approved. Item #5 . as additional infomation requested <br /> on the traffic impact and is also included. <br /> Item #6 The Board requested at a September hearing the elimination of <br /> cranberry bogs from the land use calculations. This has been done. <br /> item 7 The Board '�iad requested a plan of the development ahcwing the <br /> extent of the disturbed areas for all construction activities. The plan <br /> was presented. <br /> Item #8 The Board requested the elimination of the fire road which <br /> has been done. <br />
