Mr. Cram seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> Recycling Bins <br /> Ms. Mayer stated, "I'd like the Board to purchase a small quantity of small recycling <br /> bins ("personal recycling bins") as an incentive to recyclers. They will only cost us <br /> $3.06 each. They would make it easier for people to recycle if they had something to <br /> carry the items in." <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to purchase 100 "personal recycling bins" for We to the residents of <br /> Mashpee at $3.00 each. Mr. Cram seconded the motion.
