Motion seconded by Mr. Ball. Motion Passed. <br /> Variance: 21 Bluff Avenue <br /> Applicant is requesting a variance for 21 Bluff Avenue. Applicant is requesting <br /> that he be granted a 10' sideline variance; a 5'property line variance; an 8' <br /> variance from the proposed soil absorption system to the well servicing house <br /> #24; and a 19'variance from the proposed soil absorption system to the well <br /> servicing house #28. The proposed soil absorption will be 0 feet (10' <br /> variance/10' required) to the sideline of Bluff Avenue and 5 feet (5'variance/10' <br /> required) to the property line of house #19. The proposed soil absorption <br /> system will be 142 feet (8'variance/150' required) from the well servicing house <br /> #24 and 131 feet (19'variance/ 150' required) from the well servicing house #28. <br /> Motion to Grant Requested Variance: <br /> Mr. Cram made a motion to grant the Variance Request as noted above for 21 <br /> Bluff Avenue. Motion Passed. <br /> Variance: 141 Gleneagle Drive <br /> Applicant is requesting a variance for 141 Gleneagle Drive. <br /> Continue: <br /> The Board of Health members suggested that this request be continued. <br /> Variance: 23/25 Ocean Bluff Avenue <br /> Mr. Michael Grotzke, The Phoenix Group, gave a brief history of the cottages at <br /> 23/25 Ocean Bluff Avenue. Mr. McQuaid stated that after the systems were <br /> installed, no certificates of compliance were issued on these systems in the <br /> three years that were allowed. Mr. McQuaid noted that this is a technicality. <br /> Mr. McQuaid noted that the Board of Health members can take the avenue of <br /> throwing out the old system, even though it is installed, because the certificates <br /> of compliance were not issued. Mr. McQuaid noted that he went out to the site <br /> to verify the number of bedrooms, which, in his opinion, is 7 and not 10. <br /> Further, Mr. McQuaid stated that what the Board could consider is a variance <br /> to Title V that states because the compliance was not issued in three years, that <br /> a variance be granted pending DEP concurrence stating that the system in the <br /> ground can be used as long as the flow to the systems does not exceed what <br /> was originally on the ground (which was two 3-bedroom cottages and a one- <br /> bedroom outhouse). <br /> Motion to Grant Variance Subject to DEP Concurrence: <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to grant the variance to the Title V requirement that a <br /> Certificate of Compliance be issued within three years of the issuance of the <br />
