This is continued 6or discussion. <br /> Article 014 To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-Laws by <br /> deleting the existing Sections 6. 2. 6. 2. 1 and 6. 2. 2 and re�lacing <br /> them. <br /> Doug Storres brought aut the fact about how you determine an abutter. <br /> This is continued for discussion. <br /> Artiale To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning <br /> By-Law by adopting the r,2w section 6.4 or take any other action <br /> thereon. <br /> This was presented by Ton Fudala. The first section that was discussed <br /> was the Building Permits . Dick Dubin stated that it will cause <br /> people that are on the border line to build immediatley. Dick <br /> Dubin questioned the Phasing. He stated that you m <br /> can get so any <br /> building permits per year in other towns. He also stated that <br /> this phasing would cause the developer to build affordable housing. <br /> He agreed with the idea but he thinks it will create people to rush <br /> into getting Building Permits and it will create a large amount <br /> of affordable housing. He stated that we do not want to encourage <br /> affordable housing and the: real issue is growth control. <br /> We should encourage people to create larger lots. <br /> The public questioned how many lots would be exempt from this. Tony <br /> Ferragamo stated that he did not think this vas right to bring <br /> up right before a Public Hearing. Tom Fudala stated that he <br /> did submit it to the Planning Board in January. Dick Dubin stated <br /> that everyone should look it over and continue this for another <br /> week.
