MINUTES March 23, 2000 7 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> 13 Cayuga Avenue <br /> Mr. McQuaid indicated that the leach pit is full and that a new distribution box, <br /> 100-gallon pit with 3' of stone is necessary. He also noted that the buyer has <br /> agreed to connect to town water. <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the Emergency Failure <br /> Certification form. <br /> 7 Timberlane Drive <br /> Mr. McQuaid indicated that the leach pit was full (over the inlet pipe) and that <br /> the installation of a distribution box and two 500-gallon drywells was <br /> necessary. <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the Emergency Failure <br /> Certification form. <br /> 73 GlennegWe Drive <br /> Mr. McQuaid noted that the septic tank is less than 10'from an inground pool <br /> and, therefore fails. The installation of a 1500-gallon septic tank, distribution box and <br /> two 500-gallon drywells are necessary. <br /> Board members forwarded their signatures to the Emergency Failure <br /> Certification form. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> a. Water Departments approval of permit applications <br /> Mr. Cram proposed having the Mashpee Water District involved in the sign-off <br /> for building permits in the future. <br /> Mr. Doherty stated that he didn't mind doing it as a courtesy but questioned <br /> whether it was really necessary. <br /> Mr. Ball asked that Mr. McQuaid call the Water District to discuss this <br /> possibility. <br /> b. Appointment form from Town Clerk <br /> Mr. Doherty motioned to reappoint Ms. Warden for another one-year term. Mr. <br /> Cram seconded the motion. Motion passed. <br /> Mr. McQuaid indicated that he had already been appointed for five years and <br /> that Ms. Burton does not need to be appointed. <br />
