MINUTES October 5, 2000 4 BOARD OF HEALTH <br /> Mr. Doherty stated that the permit was issued more than three years ago and the <br /> illness of the applicants' mother is only recent. He questioned Mr. Duquette why the <br /> septic system wasn't completed before the permit expired. <br /> Mr. McQuaid indicated that the permit was for a four bedroom home and that a two <br /> bedroom home would be all that would be allowed now due to the change in Title V <br /> requirements. <br /> Mr. Duquette stated that he didn't know why the system wasn't completed before the <br /> permit expired. <br /> Board members continued this item until Mr. Haven could appear before the Board. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Coastal Engineering re: Anchor Mini-Storage <br /> Coastal Engineering did not attend the meeting for their scheduled appointment. <br /> NEW BUSINESS continued <br /> d. Communicable Disease <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated that a rare communicable disease was discovered this past <br /> week in Mashpee and that proper protocol regarding confidentiality was not <br /> followed.
