Up to ten <br /> ( 10 ) percent of the open space required by this <br /> subsection ( 9 .332) may be occupied by tennis <br /> courts, swimming pools, recreation buildings or <br /> other structures allowed under subsection 9. 325 <br /> or 9 . 326, ( but not including parking lots or roads <br /> or any uses or facilities incompatible with <br /> the ownership and use regulations of this <br /> section ) except that the land occupied by <br /> such uses may not be used in calculating <br /> the number of allowed residences on the site <br /> or qualify for any• bonuses provided under <br /> subsection 9. .34 beloo�. "Land occupied by such <br /> uses" shall mean the land under the structure <br /> or facility plus the area of land required to <br /> meet the setback and lot coverage regulations <br /> normally applicable in the zoning district in <br /> which the site is located. <br /> 9. 333 An.y open space required to meet the minimum <br /> provisions of subsection 9 . 33 shall be a <br /> surveyed -and bounded area of land shown on <br /> a definitive plan recorded at the Barnstable <br /> County Registry of Deeds . Said plan shall •be <br /> recorded I,ji thin si ,, months of the approval of <br /> the OSID special permit by the Planning Board, <br /> along w i th the covenants and restrictions <br /> required by Subsection 9 . '34 below .
