Article 66 (.continued) following i tems : ( a) The Boards' s written findings regarding Subsection 9.373; (b) The Board' s decision regarding the number of bonus units to be allowed; ( c ) Any other conditions imposed by the Board regarding the development , including any required road improvements, bonding etc . ; (d) A copy of the master si to plan .as approved for the development including all items required by Subsection 9.372 (c) ; (e) Copies of the approved convenants,restrictions and deeds to be recorded under Subsection 9 . 333; ( f ) An/ other items the Board deems necessary to ensure an adequate legal public record of its findings and decision .
