Motion seconded by Selectman Wyman-Colombo. VOTE: 5-0. Unanimous. Roll Call Vote: Selectman Sherman,yes Selectman Weeden,yes Selectman Wyman-Colombo,yes Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman O'Hara,yes Opposed, none APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS Review and Apprqyg,of Seasonal Population Increase Estimate—Brian Tobin n Planner: Brian Tobin, Town Planner presented the estimated seasonal peak population for the 2025 summer season as 37,790 persons. This is an increase of 41 persons over the 2024 calendar year estimate. The estimate was outlined in a memorandum to the Select Board dated February 5, 2025. Motion made by Selectman Wyman-Colombo to approve the 2025 Seasonal Population Estimate of 37,079 persons as presented by the Town Planner. Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. VOTE: 5-0. Unanimous. With the seasonal population estimate provided by the Town Planner and correspondence from the ABCC, it is affirmed there is (1) Off-Premises Retail Wine & Malt License available in the Town of Mashpee. Being no public comment,the Select Board motioned as follows;
