To see if the Town will amend the Zoning icy-Law by :adding � <br /> thereto the Billowing rcw ;,c <br /> b <br /> F <br /> 9.6 Design Review Committee <br /> I <br /> 9.6.1 A Design Review Committer s►lall I,v established to <br /> advise the Planning Bnar.d sn: hoard of Zoning Appeals <br /> on matters of architectural and design concern in the <br /> review of all applications for special permits for <br /> developments in the F-1, R-2, R-3, C-1 and C-2 Zoning <br /> Districts. Architectural and design concern shall <br /> include, but not be limited ta: site planning, building <br /> placement, building size, design compatibility, exterior <br /> appearance, construction materials and finishes, parking <br /> and roadways, landscaping and sire grading, building <br /> entrance and exit placement and signs. <br /> The Design Review Committee will sir with the Planning <br /> Board and Board of Zoning Appeals in any public meetings <br /> -dealing with development proposals in the R-1, R-2 , R-3, <br /> C-1 and C-2 Zoning Districts. The Design Review Committee <br /> may call special meetings of its own to review .applications. <br /> Findings of the Design Revtr-i Committee shall be advisory <br /> to the Planning Board and B o'ird of Zoning Appeals. Full <br /> power for granting or de►iiat of applications for special <br /> permits shall remain with these Boards. <br /> Membership of the Design Review Comnittee shall consist <br /> of three persons, one each from the Planning Board and <br /> Board of Zoning Appeals :and a third member to be appointed <br /> by the Beard of Selectmen. The third member shall be an <br /> architect, landscape architect or professional civil engineer <br /> registered in the Cc-mmonwealth of Massachusetts or a person <br /> possessed of expertise in these areas. <br /> indefinitely postponed <br />
