The top edge of any such free-standing sign shall <br /> be not higher than twenty-five (25) feet vertical measure above <br /> the average level of the ground between the supports of each sign. <br /> Any such free-standing sign may be Located within the front yard <br /> space, if any on such lot,but not nearer than twelve (12) feet <br /> to any lot line. For traffic safety, the whole of the signboard <br /> or display elements of any free-standing sign shall be either <br /> below three feet in height or above ten feet in height above <br /> average ground level if located within twenty-rive (25) ta-3et of <br /> the lot line. <br /> 10.6 .6 No free-standing sign shall have signboard area (or display area <br /> if no signboard) exceeding the dimensions allowed under 10.6. 3 <br /> above measured from the tops of the topmost display elements <br /> and from exterior side to exterior side: of display elements, and <br /> including in such measurements any blank space between display <br /> elements.
