Special Town Meeting <br /> 6/27/83 <br /> Page 2. <br /> Section 2.05 f): Add new definition: "Mixed Residential Use: Dwellings built above the <br /> ground floor in buildings which contain retail or office uses on the ground <br /> floor." <br /> Section 3. 1: Add the following under Residence Districts: 11R-411 and 1IR-511. Add the <br /> following after C-1 in Commercial Districts: IT-1-SV Incentive Zone." <br /> After the words "Mashpee River" add the words "and Quashnet River" to <br /> the designation presently shown as "Mashpee River Protective District.,, <br /> Section 3.2: After the words "Mashpee River" add the words "and Quashnet River" and <br /> after the word "dated", replace the date "May 9, 197911 with the date "June <br /> 27, 1983.11 <br /> Section 4.4: After the words "principal building on any" add the word "residential." <br /> Section 4.8: Add new Section 4.8 as follows- "In the C-l-SV Incentive Zoning District <br /> and C-1-0 Incentive Zoning District, lot owners shall have the option to <br /> elect, accept and adopt :and therefore have a right to either all uses and <br /> benefits available to all lot owners in the underlying C-1 Commercial Dis- <br /> trict as designated in the "Table of Use Regulations of the Zoning By-Laws", <br /> or in the alternative to elect, accept and adopt the uses and benefits avail- <br /> able to lot owners in the newly created C-l-SV or C-1-0 Incentive Zoning Dis- <br /> tricts designated in said "Table of Use Regulations." <br /> Lot owners must elect to adopt entirely within any qualifying lot the pro- <br /> visions of the incentive zone in which their property Lies, or the under- <br /> lying C-1 Commercial Zoning District Provisions. The two sets of provisions <br /> cannot be mixed within any qualifying lot. This election and/or decision <br /> must be made before an application for the required special permit , and sub- <br /> mitted to the Town of Mashpee. A letter notifying the Town of the decision <br /> must accompany any application for a special permit." <br /> Section 6.2: After the first sentence add the sentence.
