<br /> l move the Town vote to raise and appropriate, transfer from available funds,
<br /> borrow or to otherwise incur indebtedness to construct, furnish and equip a public
<br /> works facility to be located on land owned by the Town off Meetinghouse Road, and
<br /> that to meet such appropriation the Treasurer with approval of the Board of Selectmen
<br /> be authorized to borrow $440,000 at one time or from time to time, under and pursuant
<br /> to Chapter 44, 'Section 7 of Mass. General laws, or any other enabling authority, and
<br /> to issue bands or notes of the Town therefor, to mature in not more than 20 years
<br /> from their respective dates, and further that $23,100 be raised and appropriated for
<br /> the purpose of paying principal and interest on any notes or bonds issued hereunder.
