LaCava Family Trust 12551 more or less. Said parcel is a portion of Lot 46 as shown on Assessors Map 44 , Parcel. 2 Bounded on the Bast by Central Road 9101 more or less; Bounded on the South by land of Town of Mashpee (Senior Citizens Center) , Hounded on the West by land owned by Anthony J. La+Cava Family "Trust, 1301 more or less; Bounded on the Northwest, West and South by other land owned. by Anthony J. LaCava Family Trust; and Bounded on the North by land now or formerly owned by Steve Za,glakas. Said parcel is shown as Lot 5 on Assessors Map 60. Said land to be conveyed to the Town for the purpose of preservation, conservation, and recreation for the enjoyment and benefit of the citizens of the "Town; under the control and supervision of the Board of Selectmen.
