Town of Mashpee <br /> Public Notice <br /> Pursuant to Chapter 40A of Massachusetts General Law, the Mashpee <br /> Planning Bbaard will continue its public hearing at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, <br /> April 25, 1984 at town hall, Central Road, Mashpee on a proposed amendment <br /> to the zoning by-law to add Section 11B, "Water Resources District." <br /> Said district shall be considered to be superimposed over any other zoning <br /> district established in the zoning by-laws and is designed to protect the <br /> public health by preventing contamination of the ground and surface <br /> water resources providing water supply .for the town. A text of the <br /> proposed by-law is available for public inspection at the office of the <br /> town clerk.
