Community Preservation Committee <br />Minutes <br />January 30, 2025 <br /> <br />Present: Arden Russell, Richard Klein, Brian Hyde, Mary Waygan, Lynne Barbee, <br /> Michaela Wyman-Colombo, Sandi Godfrey, Judy MacDougall, Ted Schmuhl <br /> <br /> Richard Klein and Ted Schmuhl participated remotely. <br /> <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Russell at 6:45 p.m. <br /> Mashpee Town Hall, Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT – None currently. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />Thursday, December 19, 2024 Regular Session: BH/MWC 9-0. <br />Motion made by Mr. Hyde to approve the minutes of Thursday; December 19, 2024 as <br />presented. <br />Motion seconded by Ms. Wyman-Colombo. <br />VOTE: 9-0. Unanimous. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Ms. Russell, yes Mr. Klein, yes Mr. Hyde, yes Ms. Waygan, yes <br />Ms. Barbee, yes Ms. Wyman-Colombo, yes Ms. Godfrey, yes <br />Mrs. MacDougall, yes Mr. Schmuhl, yes Opposed, none <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br />Review & Vote on CPA Applications proposed for funding at the May 2025 Special Town <br />Meeting; <br />Catherine Laurent – Mashpee-Wakeby Boat Ramp Stormwater Remediation Project: <br />Consistent in doing for water quality less than 25% of entire project. Consistent with LCP , <br />Town get credit for stormwater management credit from Mass DEP for TMDL BH 350,00 <br />budget for appropriation reserves MWC 9-0. <br />Richard DeSorgher – Ancient Burial Grounds Restoration Project: <br />$13,000 to fund cost overruns – Funds available from original budget, $13,000 with what is <br />remaining. 73640 79% project completion, funds encumbered. BH/ $13,000 MWC for the <br />from the 10% Historic purpose of work described from 11/25 application from CPC. 9-0. <br /> <br />
