 Proposed raze and replace of single-family dwellings.  Objective: to address concerns raised in the previous meeting and present modifications to the original plan Response to Concerns Raised:  Mass Division Fisheries of Wildlife Approval o Status: Approval received. o Impact: The proposal does not adversely affect the resource area and meets performance standards for state-listed species. o Documentation: A letter is attached to the submitted documents.  Potential Tree Damage o Assessment: Bartlett Tree Services evaluated the project. o Conclusion: No expected damage to on-site or adjacent property trees from demolition and construction o Documentation: Supporting letter attached.  Embankment Stability o Assessment: Conducted by ING House, a professional and structural engineering firm o Conclusion: The embankment is suitable for demolition and construction; the proposal improves property stability. o Additional Assessment: Marsh Matters Environmental confirmed no impairment to the physical stability of bank segments.  Impact on Wildlife o Assessment: Marsh Matters Environmental determined no impairment to breeding habitat, escape cover, or food sources for wildlife. o Revegetation Plans: High wildlife-value vegetation will be revegetated. o Documentation: Supporting letter attached Plan Modifications in Response to Committee Requests  Deck Setback Adjustment: o Change: Deck moved further from the lake; setback adjusted from 21.7 ft to 21.5 ft.  Lawn Cover Planting: o Addition: Increased areas of lawn cover planting near the retaining wall to the south of the property.  Footing Changes: o Modification: Use of different footings instead of diamond piles as recommended by the committee.  Stormwater Runoff Mitigation: o Implementation: Crushed stone placed beneath the lower deck to inhibit runoff.  Protection of Septic Tank and Leaching Field: 10
