Nitrogen loading <br />Calculations have been provided (below 12 ppm-meets standards under Reg.30) <br /> Recommends elimination of existing driveway and replacement of driveway footprint <br />with native vegetation (shown in revised plan). The new proposed driveway seems more <br />than sufficient for parking purposes. <br /> <br /> Board of Health: Approved 4-bedroom I/A septic system installed in November 2023. <br />Adding any habitable space that meets the bedroom definition would be considered an <br />increase in flow and require a septic upgrade and full compliance with BOH I/A Septic <br />Systems Regulation. Floorplans to be reviewed upon submission to Building Dept. <br />Setbacks from tank and SAS must be maintained, or a variance requested. Access to <br />septic components must be maintained. Note the location of the septic system and restrict <br />equipment/ vehicle traffic over non-load bearing (H-10) components. <br /> <br /> Building: Project is a substantial improvement within flood zone.
