Native seed mix proposed for 900 sq ft area <br /> No fertilizer to be used on native seed mix area <br /> Discussion on maintaining pollinator meadow effectively <br /> Proposed 3-year mitigation and monitoring contract <br />o Includes provisions for regular assessments to manage invasive species and <br />maintain the health of the native seed mix area <br />o Homeowners are required to contact conservation staff for guidance on <br />replacement if significant portions of the planting area fail <br />Agent Comments <br /> Revised site plan, foundation plan, and landscaping plans submitted by the consultant <br /> Waiver requests submitted for provisions of Reg. 25 sections C4-vertical walls and C7C- <br />setbacks <br /> Revised narrative submitted with explanation of revised plans, waiver details and <br />explanation/rationale for demolition of existing home and construction of new home. <br /> Both existing and proposed homes and associated landscaping/hardscaping are in AE <br />flood zone designation <br /> <br /> Board of Health: The property is in Zone II and restricted to existing three (3) bedrooms, <br />with no increase in flow permitted. Raze and replace triggers the need to comply with <br />BOH I/A Septic Systems Regulation. Floorplans for the proposed new dwelling will be <br />reviewed upon submission to the Building Department. I/A septic plans will also be <br />reviewed upon submission to BOH.
