The acquisition as proposed also remains in negotiation. <br /> The Select Board took the following action; <br /> Motion made by Selectman Sherman to not recommend Article #10 of the Special Town <br /> Meeting Warrant. <br /> There was no second to the motion. <br /> The motion does not carry. <br /> The Select Board considered the merits of Article#10. It was disclosed this article was voted <br /> favorably by the Community Preservation Committee, and the appraisal was not received in time <br /> for the printing of the warrant. Due to illness,the property remains in negotiation.
