The motion passes unanimously. <br /> APPROVAL of MINUTES <br /> There are no minutes for approval. <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> • 275 Quinaquisset Avenue: Information presentation of forthcoming permit request to <br /> gauge commission feedback. <br /> Resource Areas: <br /> ■ Freshwater wetlands,Riverfront(Quaker Run), existing/active cranberry <br /> bogs. <br /> Project Scope: <br /> ■ Construction of condo units with associated appurtenances,parking, and <br /> wetland restoration of existing cranberry bogs.
