This meets the threshold of 19 ppm under Reg. <br /> 30 <br /> • Waiver request submitted with focus on benefits of increased setback,mitigation <br /> plantings and IA septic system,which are substantial improvements over existing <br /> conditions. Waiver does not address compelling need for a larger footprint home and <br /> garage. <br /> • Applicant should provide a detailed landscape plan showing mitigation plant species, <br /> spacing, general landscape details, and lawn areas(if lawn is proposed) <br /> • Agent recommends: <br /> o A continuance for a revised waiver request and submission of a detailed <br /> mitigation/landscape plan <br /> ➢ Board of Health: New construction must fully comply with BOH I/A Septic Systems <br /> Regulations. Floor plans for the proposed new dwelling will be reviewed upon <br /> submission to the Building Department, and proposed septic design plans will also be <br /> reviewed upon submission to the BOH. <br /> ➢ BuildinE: Dwelling has been deemed unsafe and owners ordered to make safe - <br /> application filed with ZBA. <br /> ➢ Wastewater: There is no planned connection to the Mashpee Sanitary Sewer Collection <br /> System <br /> Motion <br /> • Motion made by Ms. Zollo to accept the continuance.
