465 Annual Town Meeting -10- May 7,1979 ARTICLE 19. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from available funds or .raise and appropriate a sum of money to meet the obligation of the new bontract between the Town of Mashpee and the Mashpee Police Employees Association, Inc. , for the fiscal year July 1, 1979 to June 30, 1980, or take any other action thereon. ACTION: Motion made and seconded to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $32.000.00 to meet the obligation of the new contract between the -Town of .Masshpee and the Mashpee Police Employees Association, Inc. , for the fiscal year July• 1, 1979 to June 30, 1980. Motion carried, ARTICLE 20, To. see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-Law, Section 6,3,1, Accessory Uses, by adding thereto the following: . "8. Private ways for access through Commercial-District C-2 to Industrial District I-1 , subject to compliance with applicable subdivision control laws and regulations," . and by adding "SP" under the applicable column entitled "Commercial C 2". June 13,. 1979 -*Moderator Leonardi opened the meeting at 7:45 p.m. and declared a quorum present. Annual Town Meeting reconvened, ` ARTICLE 21. To see ifrtthe Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-Law by adopting a zoning map entitled "Zoning Map of the Town of Mashpee, Massachusetts Scale 1 inch---1,000 feet, May, -1979". which map is on file with the Town Clerk and which map redesignates all or portions of the existing R-1. and R--2 Dis- tricts and adds an R-3 District, and by adding to Section 3.1 under Residence District R-2 the words "R-3" and by deleting in section 3,2 line 4 the words "August 4, 1971"' and substi- tutin therefor the words "May 1979", and by adding to Sec- Lion 9.3- under the column entitled Residential, the desig- nation "R-3" -and by thereafter indicating in the said R-3 bolumn the' same us-e�s allowed in the R-2 District as presently appears in Section 6,.3 and by amending Section 7l,4 by deleting therefrom the present R-1 and R-2 Residence Districts in their entirety and by substituting therefor the followings LAND -SPACE REQUIREMENTS TABLE
