Brewster & Mashpee. There is a Great Cove Audit in progress, and Asher's Path Year- <br /> End & Annual Audit is beginning. Brewster & Mattapoisett Performance Management <br /> Review's(PMR's)are in progress. The Mashpee Annual Plan public hearing is scheduled <br /> for March 2025, with the tenant meeting scheduled for.lanuary 16, 2025. Vacant Unit 49 <br /> Turnover Project 172076 should be going out to bid by late next week. <br /> 5. Old Business: Mr. Klein reported on several projects, and applications that are before the <br /> CPC for discussion.There is a mix of housing,recreation,open space,and historic projects. <br /> He further reported that the To of Mashpee,now owns 475 Nathan Ellis Highway as of <br /> January 1,2025, and this has been earmarked for Conservation. <br /> 6. New Business: Ms. Conn discussed the Apartment Wi-Fi Retrofit Program from MBI, <br /> Ms. LeClair moved to approve moving forward with the Apartment Wi-Fi Retrofit <br /> Program with MBI, authorizing the Executive Director to execute contracts, <br /> seconded by Mr. Klein. Motion carried, 5-Ayes, 0-Nays. Ms. Conn reviewed the Fee <br /> Accountant 3-Year Proposal from Fenton,Ewald&Associates, P.C. beginning on July 1, <br /> 2024,through June 30, 2026. Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the 3-Year Fee <br /> Accountant Contract,as proposed with Fenton,Ewald & Associates,P.C., <br /> authorizing the Executive Director to execute,seconded by Mr. Shackett. Motion <br /> Caried. 5-Ayes,0-Nays. The board discussed the upcoming process for appointing the <br /> Tenant Board Member. Ms. Meizinger indicated that she would like to stay as the Tenant <br /> Board Member and would like to know the process. <br /> 7. Other Business: Mr. Klein reported that a resident of Homeyer approached him at church <br /> stating that they are moving out because they have not been able to use their bathtub. Ms. <br /> Conn reported that the bathtub is in no different condition than when the resident leased <br /> up,and that the enamel is warn and that this issue has been noted and added to the deterred <br /> maintenance plan. <br /> 8. 1Curres ondence/Communications:None. <br /> 9.
