3 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> May 15, 2006 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearing(cont'd)—Application for Entertainment License—Cafe de <br /> la Terre: <br /> The Board of Selectmen opened the Public Hearing on the application of <br /> Cafd de la Terre, 25 Market Street, Mashpee Commons, Michael <br /> Donaldson,Manager for an Entertainment License for live music and <br /> amplification system to include Sunday Entertainment. <br /> The Hearing notice was read aloud in accordance to posting requirements. <br /> At their last meeting,the Selectmen approved an outside patio <br /> entertainment license, but continued the remainder of the Hearing to <br /> obtain necessary inspections regarding the interior portion of the <br /> entertainment license request. <br /> Correspondence was received from the Deputy Fire Chief and Building <br /> Inspector on this date with respect to this regard. Both parties found one <br /> emergency light not working. The certificate of inspection would be <br /> approved when the light is repaired. <br /> There were no representatives from Cafe de la Terre to discuss the license <br /> application with the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cook to continue the Public Hearing; <br /> Cafe de la Terre,Application for Entertainment License to Monday, <br /> June 5,2006 at 6:40 p.m. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />
