3 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> March 28, 2005 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Recommendation for Bid Acce tance--Electrician Services: <br /> Correspondence was received from Catherine Laurent; Assistant DPW <br /> Director dated March 21, 2005 regarding the award of contract for the <br /> annual bid for electrician's services. <br /> As noted,the Town's current contract for this service has been declared <br /> null and void due to the contractor's inability to serve. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Green to terminate the contract between <br /> the Town of Mashpee and Peckham Electric. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Based upon bid results,the DPW has recommended the Town award the <br /> contract for electrician's services to Reilly Electrical Contractors, Inc. of <br /> South Easton, MA. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to accept the bid of Reilly <br /> Electrical Contractors,Inc. effective April 1,2005 through.tune 30, <br /> 2006 as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Recommendation for Bid Acceptance—DPW Annual Bids: <br /> Gregory Taylor, Director of Public Works presented a list of annual <br /> contract bids dated March 22, 2005 to the Selectmen for approval. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to award the contracts for the <br /> (14)Annual DPW Bid items as submitted. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> s <br />
