4 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> April 11, 2005 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearing-Mashpee Commons Entertainment: <br /> The Board of Selectmen opened the Public Hearing on the application of <br /> Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership to provide entertainment to the <br /> public from April 22, 2005 to December 31, 2005. The Entertainment <br /> would be held in Mashpee Commons, Mashpee, MA. <br /> The Town Manager read aloud the Public Hearing notice as published. <br /> Mashpee Commons representative Lissa Lindsley was present to discuss <br /> the license application with the Board of Selectmen. The 2005 calendar of <br /> events includes family movies on Friday evenings. Additional <br /> information can be found on the website www.mashpeecommns.com. <br /> Being no comment,the Board motioned to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Myers. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve the application of <br /> Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership to provide entertainment to <br /> the public in Mashpcc Commons from April 22,2005 to December 31, <br /> 2005. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
