2 <br /> • Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> October 17,2005 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Correspondence from Beacon Realty Group, Inc. —Land Donation: <br /> Tom Fudala, Town Planner was in attendance to discuss the proposed <br /> conservation land donation from Ben DeRuyter, one of the principals in <br /> the Mashpee Industrial Park Trust. The parcel is located on Noisy Hole <br /> Road(Map#53, Parcel#5) and consists of approximately 7.38 acres. <br /> Correspondence was received from Mr. DeRuyter, Beacon Realty Group, <br /> Inc. dated September 22, 2005 with respect to this regard. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to accept the donation of <br /> conservation land from the Beacon Realty Group,Inc.as referenced <br /> and subject to the payment of any outstanding tax payments due. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Approval of Main Street Properties Order of Takin . <br /> Town Counsel updated the Selectmen on the Main Street Properties Order <br /> of Taking. It was noted the site has been inspected. All structures have <br /> been removed. A spillage or release of oil was observed from the site <br /> which must be rectified to certify the site is clean. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve the Main Street <br /> Properties Order of Taking Agreements subject to Town Counsel's <br /> satisfaction that all clean-up activities have been met. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cook. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
