4 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> March 29, 2004 <br /> ,APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearing—Seasonal Liquor License Renewals: <br /> Selectman Leveille stepped down for the above referenced Hearing. <br /> Selectmen Green presided and opened the Public Hearing on the renewal <br /> of all seasonal"liquor licenses in the Town of Mashpee. <br /> The Public Hearing notice was read aloud in accordance with <br /> advertisement. It was noted that all seasonal establishments are in <br /> compliance with tax and inspection requirements. It was recommended <br /> the Selectmen approve the licenses subject to approval of upcoming <br /> inspections and fee requirements related to the seasonal establishments. <br /> Selectman Green opened the hearing to solicit comment. Counsel <br /> representing the Raw Bar was noted to be in attendance. Being no further <br /> comment,the Board motioned to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to accept the renewal of all(4) <br /> seasonal liquor license applications in the Town of Mashpee; <br /> Raw Bar,Inc. <br /> Morning Glories Food,Inc. d/b/a Country Store at Popponesset <br /> Azzaro Mashpee,Inc. d/b/a Cookes <br /> L.N.R.R Corporation d/b/a Marketplace Cafe <br /> pending compliance of upcoming inspections and fee requirements <br /> relative to the seasonal establishments. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Leveilie absent. <br /> I <br />
