5 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> April 26, 2004 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS. <br /> Public Hearin - Mash ee Commons LLP---Entertainment License: <br /> Selectman Leveille opened the Public Hearing on the application of <br /> Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership to provide entertainment to the <br /> public from May 1, 2004 to December 31, 2004 in Mashpee Commons. <br /> The Town Administrator read aloud the Public Hearing notice as <br /> published. Representatives from Mashpee Commons were present to <br /> discuss the annual license request with the Board of Selectmen <br /> Being no comment,the Board motioned to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalan to approve the application of <br /> Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership according to the calendar of <br /> events in 2004 as attached <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Public Hearing—Great Marsh Kayak Tours,Inc., d/b/a GMKT Limousine <br /> Service—Livery License: <br /> Selectman Leveille opened the Public Hearing on the application of Great <br /> Marsh Kayak Tours,Inc., d/b/a GMKT Limousine Service to operate a <br /> Livery Service at 20 Brewster Road, Mashpee. <br /> The Town Administrator read aloud the Public Hearing notice as <br /> published. It was noted that the applicant is ill, and has requested the <br /> Selectmen continue the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalan to continue the Public Hearing <br /> on the application of Great Marsh Kayak Tours,Inc.,d/b/a GMKT <br /> Limousine Service to operate a Livery Service to Monday,May 10, <br /> 2004. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />
