1 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> May 10, 2004 <br /> Present: Selectman Green, Selectman Cahalane, <br /> Selectman Taylor, Selectman Myers <br /> Town Administrator Joyce Mason <br /> Absent: Selectman Marsters <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Vice-Chairman Green at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Town Hail, Conference Room#1. <br /> MINUTES <br /> Monday, April 26, 2004 Regular and Executive Sessions: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve the Regular and <br /> Executive Session minutes of Monday,April 26, 2004 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE; Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Selectman Myers abstained. <br /> Monday, May 3; 2004 Regular and Executive Sessions: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve the Regular and <br /> Executive Session minutes of Monday,May 3,2004 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Selectman Myers abstained. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Comment: <br /> Charter Commission member, Jerry Blumengarten recognized the efforts <br /> of Dr. Elizabeth Petti and the work of charter commission members to <br /> develop a Town Charter proposed for the Town of Mashpee. Mr. <br /> Blumengarten also urged citizens to become more involved in Town <br /> affairs and recommended that more information be publicized on the <br /> Town website. <br />
