1 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> May 13, 2002 <br /> Present: Selectman Taylor, Selectman Leveille, Selectman Marsters, <br /> Selectman Green., Selectman Cahalane <br /> Town Administrator Joyce Mason <br /> Assistant Town Administrator Jim Man <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Cahalan at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Town Hall, Conference Room#l. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> ReoManization: <br /> Selectranan Cahalan opened the nomination process for the purpose of <br /> reorganization of the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Selectman Green motioned to nominate Selectman Wayne Taylor <br /> to serve as Chairman of the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Selectman Leveille seconded the nomination. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Taylor abstained. <br /> Selectman Marsters motioned to nominate Selectman David Leveille <br /> to serve as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Selectman Taylor seconded the nomination. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Leveille abstained. <br /> Selectman Levedle motioned to nominate Selectman Ken Marsters <br /> to serve as Clerk of the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Selectman Green seconded the nomination. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Marsters abstained. <br />
