l5 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> June 3, 2002 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Vacation C -aver Requests-, <br /> The Board of Selectmen was in receipt of vacation carry-over requests <br /> from the Town Administrator, Treasurer/Tax Collector and Town <br /> Accountant due to extenuating circumstances as respectfully outlined in <br /> their memorandums to the Selectmen dated May 29, 2002 and May 30, <br /> 2002. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve the vacation carry- <br /> over requests of the Town Administrator,Treasurer/Tax Collector <br /> and Town Accountant as outlined to include the option of buy-out in <br /> lieu of vacation carry-over. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Maternity Leave Request: <br /> Correspondence was received from Mary Keleher; Administrative Clerk <br /> dated May 13, 2002 requesting the Board approve her request for <br /> maternity leave. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve the maternity leave <br /> request of Mary Keleher as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Adjournment: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to adjourn at 8:15 p.m. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> 1e,"-I,,- 4 ,,J <br /> Kathleen M.
