6 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> June 3, 2002 <br /> Meeting re-convened: 6:36 p.m. <br /> MINUTES: <br /> Monday,May 20, 2002 Regular„and Executive Sessions: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve the Regular and <br /> I <br /> Executive Session minutes of Monday,May 20,2002 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Comment: <br /> None at this time. <br /> Public Hearing—Mashpee Commons Entertainment License: <br /> Selectman Leveille stepped down for the above referenced Hearing. <br /> Selectman Taylor opened the Public Hearing on the application of <br /> Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership (MCLP)to provide entertainment <br /> to the public from June 1, 2002 to December 31, 2002. Said entertainment <br /> would be held in the Mashpee Commons, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Joyce Mason, Town Administrator read aloud.the Public Hearing notice as <br /> published. Melinda Gallant, MCLP was present to discuss the license <br /> application with the Board and interested public. <br /> Being no comment,the Board motioned to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to grant the license application <br /> of Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership to provide entertainment <br /> to the public from Mashpee Commons as referenced. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Leveille abstained. <br />
