3 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> S Minutes <br /> June 17, 2002 <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearin --The Barn Liquor License Transfer: <br /> Selectman Leveille stepped down for the above referenced Hearing. <br /> Selectman Taylor opened the Hearing on the application of Renee E. <br /> Shafique, d/b/a The Barn for a Transfer of License to Paradgim, Inc., <br /> Mohammad Shafique, Manager, d/b/a The Barn. <br /> Joyce Mason, Town Administrator read aloud the Public Hearing notice as <br /> published. Attorney Thomas Souza was present to discuss the license <br /> application with the Board. Renee and Mohammad Shafique were also in <br /> attendance. It was noted that all necessary paperwork is in order for the <br /> Board's approval. <br /> The Selectmen were respectfully requested to consider the transfer to the <br /> corporation as referenced and appoint Mohammd Shafique to said license <br /> as manager. <br /> Being no comment,the Board motioned to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve the application of <br /> Renee E. Shafique,Manager, d/b/a The Barn fora Transfer of <br /> License to Paradigm,Inc.,Mohammad Shafique,Manager d/b/a The <br /> Barn,22 Falmouth Road,Mashpee. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Leveille absent. <br />
