11 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> August 5, 2002 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Appointment of Administrative Secretary-Board of Appeals: <br /> Lori Corsi of Mashpee, a current Board Secretary for the Town was the <br /> recommended candidate for appointment as Administrative Secretary to <br /> the Board of Appeals. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to appoint Lori Corsi as <br /> Administrative Secretary to the Board of Appeals as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> State Primary Election WarrantU <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve the State Primary <br /> Election Warrant for Precincts 1 &3 to be held on Tuesday, <br /> September 17,2002. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman.Leveille. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve the State Primary <br /> Election Warrant for Precincts 2,4 &5 to be held on Tuesday, <br /> September 17,2002. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> License Transfer—Little River Boatyard: <br /> The Selectmen reviewed the license transfer of Little River Boatyard, <br /> change of owner from estate.of William E..Burtis to,Jonathan A. Burtis 15 <br /> Riverside Road, Mashpee for one building, use for rack storage of boats, <br /> used aboveground oil, gasoline 2,000 gallon underground, and fluid to be <br /> stored in containers, waste oil 155 gallons, gas&water waste 55 gallons. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to approve the license transfer of <br /> Little River Boatyard to reflect the applicant; Jonathan A.Burtis. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />
