1 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> September 9, 2002 <br /> Present: Selectman Taylor, Selectman Leveille, <br /> Selectman Marsters, Selectman Green <br /> Town Administrator Joyce Mason <br /> Assistant Town Administrator James Marr <br /> Absent: Selectman Cahalane <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Taylor at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Town Hall, Conference Room#1. <br /> MINUTES: <br /> Monday, August 19 2002 Re ular and Executive Sessions: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve the Regular and <br /> Executive Session minutes of Monday,August 19, 2002 as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Selectman Cahalan absent. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Public Comment: <br /> Marcia King, Mashpee's representative to the Assembly of Delegates <br /> invited members of the Board of Selectmen to attend an affordable <br /> housing workshop on Wednesday, October 16, 2002. The meeting is <br /> scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. The Town Administrator, Town Planner, <br /> Director of the Housing Authority, Affordable Housing Committee <br /> Chairman and Housing Authority member John Cahalan are also invited <br /> to attend. <br /> The Selectmen and residents of the Town of Mashpee were also invited to <br /> attend a sunrise service on September 11, 2002. The memorial service to <br /> be held at the Old Indian Meeting House is sponsored by the Tribal <br /> Council. <br /> i <br />
