Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> September 9, 2002 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Appointment of Site Coordinator: <br /> Appointment of Assistant GroppL_eader, K-2: <br /> Correspondence was received from the Personnel Administrator dated <br /> September 3, 2002 recommending appointment to the Kids Klub After <br /> School Program. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to appoint the following to the <br /> Kids Klub After School Program; <br /> Mark Boardley, Site Coordinator <br /> Maureen Hall,Assistant Group Leader,K-2 <br /> (KC Coombs School) <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Appointment to Special Events Committee: <br /> Gus Frederick, Chairman of the Special Events Committee recommended <br /> the appointment of Lisa Melher for membership. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to appoint Lisa Melher to the <br /> Special Events Committee as recommended. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Fee Schedule—Dog Licenses: <br /> Correspondence was received from the Town Clerk dated August 26, 2002 <br /> relative to the three-year dog tag program to begin on January 1, 2003. A <br /> new fee schedule was presented for the Selectmen's consideration. <br /> The Town Clerk was not present for discussion.
