17 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> October 21, 2002 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Execution of State Election Warrant: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Marsters to approve and execute the State <br /> Election Warrant for Precincts 1 &3 and 2, 4&5 on Tuesday, <br /> November 5,2002. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Comprehensive Plan Implementation Committee: <br /> Selectman Marsters stepped down for the above referenced agenda topic <br /> of discussion. <br /> Tom Fudala, Town Planner and Beverly Kane, Planning Board Chairman <br /> was present to discuss the plan proposed for the review of the Town's <br /> zoning bylaws. , <br /> A Comprehensive Plan Implementation Committee is proposed as a <br /> working group to review the Town's zoning bylaws. The working group <br /> would be comprised of parties who interpret the bylaw and its process in <br /> addition to obtaining public input. <br /> Mr. Fudala suggested that the review consist of sections of the existing <br /> bylaw that are difficult to understand. Discussion followed with respect to <br /> reviewing bylaws difficult to interpret as well as reviewing the content of <br /> the existing bylaws. The matter was tabled, and will be brought before the <br /> Selectmen for additional review and comment. <br />
