Clancy from the Police Department <br /> effective December 4, 2002. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Acce tance of Resignation—Tree Warden: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Green to accept with regret,the <br /> resignation of Richard A. Oakley as Tree Warden effective December <br /> 31,2002. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> The Selectmen agreed to send letters of appreciation to the above <br /> referenced individuals for their dedication to the Town of Mashpee. <br /> Request to Fill Vacant —Library Assistant: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Green to approve the advertisement and <br /> related posting for the position of Library Assistant,30 hours per <br /> week at Step 1. <br /> Motion7 seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br />
