6 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> February 5, 2001 <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> DPW Front End Loader: <br /> Selectman Green, upon review of the present 1994 Caterpillar Wheeled <br /> Loader recommended the Board approve the purchase of a 2001 <br /> Caterpillar Wheeled Loader from Southworth-Milton for the low bid price <br /> of$70,631. The trade value is $35,000. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Green to accept the bid from Southworth- <br /> Milton of Milford for the purchase of a 2001 Caterpillar Wheeled <br /> Loader, Model 924G for the sum of$70,631. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Execution of Contract Community_ Facilities Needs Plan: <br /> Community Facilities Needs Committee Chairman, Fred Blythe <br /> recommended the Board approve the contract with.BH&A to conduct the <br /> feasibility study for a Community Facilities Plan. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve and execute the <br />- contract between the Town of Mashpee and Bargmann Hendrie & <br /> Archetype,Inc. (BH&A) of Boston to provide the Town with a <br /> feasibility study for a Community Facilities Plan for the contract sum <br /> of$50,000. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> Approval of Scope of Services—Heritage Park: <br /> The Selectmen reviewed the Request for Proposal for Parcel A and B <br /> relative to survey and engineering for the Heritage Park field expansion. <br /> It was noted that all drawings and documentation would belong to the <br /> Town of Mashpee. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve the scope of services for <br /> the expansion of Heritage Park as stipulated to include the value of <br /> work to be completed. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> E <br /> t <br /> 5 <br /> I <br />
