3 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> February 5, 2001 <br /> 6:50 p.m. Recess Meeting Resumed 7:00 p.m. <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS. <br /> Public Comment: <br /> None at this time. <br /> Public Hearing—License Transfer— Cooke's: <br /> Selectman Taylor stepped down for the above referenced Hearing. <br /> Selectman Cahalane opened the Public Hearing on the application of <br /> Azzaro Mashpee, Inc., d/b/a Cooke's Seafood, Angela Asimakopoulos, <br /> Manager, for a transfer of a Seasonal All Alcohol Restaurant License from <br /> Cooke's Mashpee, Inc., d/b/a Cooke's. <br /> The Assistant Town Administrator read aloud the Public Hearing notice as <br /> published. All necessary paperwork was in order for the Selectmen's <br /> review. <br /> Angela Asimakopoulos, Manager was in attendance with her counsel, <br /> Nicholas Ambeliotis to discuss the license transfer. The applicant has <br /> requested approval for a change of license, change of manager and pledge <br /> of license from Azzaro Mashpee, Inc. to Cooke's Mashpee, Inc. <br /> There are no proposed changes or renovations to the Mashpee <br /> establishment. The manager is presently co-owner of the "Kreme n' <br /> Kone" in Chatham. <br /> Being no comment,the Board motioned to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to close the Public Hearing. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Marsters. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br />
