Finance Committee Minutes April 15 , 1987 Page 3 . Article 9 . Seeks the town authorization for the Selectmen to appoint a- Council on Aging Building Needs Study Committee . No funds are involved in this Article . Artic1e ,10 . Seeks to transfer $610 from the Lockbox Account to the Personnel Board Expense Account for the purpose of psychological tests . Murphy noted that the Personnel Board had to give 3 such tests and they are expensive . The Finance Committee recommended this Article . Article 11 . This Article seeks to transfer $1 , 013 in an inter- department transfer from the Reseeding Account to the Shellfish Expense Account to defray unexpected costs . The Finance Committee is recommending this Article . Article 12 . 1s a zoning by-law regarding docks and piers and does not involve any funds . Article 13 . Is a transfer of property and easements with the the New Seabury Corporation . There are no funds involved in this Article . Article 14 . This article is a Zoning matter and does not involve any funds . The thir.d item addressed by the Finance Committee was the Annual Town Meeting Warrant . At the meeting of April 7th , Committee members had agreed on the priority Articles . The Town Accountant noted that the total override request recommended by the. Finance Committee is $440 , 869 .
