10 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> March 26, 2001 <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Acceptance of Deed—Industrial Parr: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to accept the Industrial Park Deed <br /> pursuant to the authority granted under Article 24 of the October 2, <br /> 2000 Town Meeting. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Approval of Election Warrant: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve and execute the <br /> Warrant for the Annual Electron to be held on May 12, 2001. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Request to Waive Building Fees—Habitat for Humanity <br /> Correspondence was received from Habitat for Humanity dated March 15, <br /> 2001 requesting the Board waive all application and permit fees associated <br /> to the construction of the Habitat for Humanity houses on County Road <br /> and Dixon Drive in Mashpee. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to waive all building fees <br /> associated to the Habitat for Humanity homes as described. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalan. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br /> Approval of Change Orders#1 2 and 3 —Community Park: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Taylor to approve Change Orders #1, 2, <br /> and 3 relative to the Community Park as referenced. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Cahalane. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 3-0. <br />
