I <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> June 11, 2001 <br /> Present: Selectman Cahalane, Selectman Marsters, Selectman Taylor, <br /> Selectman Green, Selectman Leveille <br /> Town Administrator Robert Whritenour <br /> Assistant Town Administrator Joyce Mason <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Cahalane at 3:05 p.m. <br /> Town Hall, Conference Room#1. <br />{ <br /> COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE: <br /> Donna's Lane-Signalization: <br /> It was noted that an ad hoc committee of the Board of Selectmen <br /> have scheduled a meeting on this date with Douglas Storrs of <br /> Mashpee Commons, Ltd for the purpose of discussing the signalization <br /> project at the intersection of Donna's Lane and Job's Fishing Road. <br /> The sub-committee comprised of Selectmen members John Cahalane, and <br /> Wayne Taylor will update the full Board at a future Selectmen's Meeting. <br /> Executive Session—Collective Bargaining_ <br /> Motion made by Selectman Leveille to adjourn at 3:13 p.m. <br /> The Board will enter into Executive Session at this time for the <br /> purpose of discussing collective bargaining..
